How to get people promote something without money? I mean without people promoting a certain product of mine we can't get sales so what can I offer them to do it?

Well you certainly offer a commission and share a little profit with them. And if you don't wanna share money then share something else like company ownership or market shares etc.

Offering ownership that's a clever idea. How do you propose I do it?
