What's a genuine price to pay for newsletters of 5000 subscribers?
If your subscribers base is around 5000-10000 then $70 -$80 will be fine.
Many email clients have many rates so my suggestion will be that contact email service provider first.
Does any free email autoresponder do the job such as the mailchimp?
