Are there any free promoters out there? I am looking promoters for our community.
Many people will do it for free if they just like your community.
There are plenty but you have to offer them something. Say, some admins offer moderator or even admin position at their forums.

Its a good idea. But people genuinely do it very little. And often ended up spamming and hence getting banned.
