Truly the shortest response time I have ever seen in any host.
It is one of the greatest hosting company's alright, But it's service-support may vary due to limited data centers and also live chat being very busy at peak hours. Hence it can get low rating.
They charge extra for each addon. Nothing is included in their plans. But people often don't mind these things, heck I don't mind sincee their performance is great. 7/10 service.
