Which Web 2.0 site do you prefer? Joomla, Wordpress, Blogspost, which one?
In my personal opinion, none of them are good. You have to invest in a self-hosted site. Yeah, than you can obviously say choose Wordpress as the CMS.

Wordpress and Blogspot are good. But other than them mostly its extremely hard to raise authority.
