10 at most. More than that you have to hire help.

You can say 10 as general but it totally depends on the person stated.
Complete depends on the person. If you outsource a ton of tasks, you can manage many more than 10. I have written for those running affiliate sites before and had clients managing as many as 50 at one time.
Without outsourcing, probably 10 to 15 if they are content driven.
