It is one of the best hosting providers for US customers base. They have datacenters all over the US and also their live chat support usually gives a seamless service during US routine hours.
They were down recently. I couldn't get a hold of my server but they came back online after a few minutes. Other than that no problems and I have been using their Dedis since 2018.
They causes too much extra fees for small addons.
