1.Your piece needs to be WELL-WRITTEN. We are an agency of professional writers. We are writing experts. We’ve even won awards, so we know the difference between good writing, bad writing, and mediocre writing. That means we need to model what good writing looks like, especially any guest posts we accept. If your writing is bad, or worse, is mediocre, we won’t accept it. We may send it back and let you try again, we may edit it, or we may just delete it. So bring your A game.
2.No link building posts. If you’re writing blog posts as a way to generate backlinks to your site or your company, forget it. Google is cracking down on that practice, and we don’t want to get caught up in one of their sweeps. You should rethink that strategy anyway, because one day it’s not only going to burn you, but will burn the people where your content resides.
3.Your piece needs to be unique. The thing that killed guest posting for most people? The same articles and infographics being submitted to dozens of places over and over again. We don’t want variations of old articles, and we definitely don’t want reprints.

Whenever we outreach any website for Guest post, they already have an outline for the publication. Except of that, we have to remember some rules before outreaching it.
1. Website should have a great Alexa and huge traffic of visitors, then surely, we will get benefit from it.
2. The title must be unique and catchy so that it gets the attention of the visitors.
3. The author bio must have a good record that surely will impact on the user.

There are no fix rules for guest posting. Every blog owner has its own rules. He/She design as per the standard of his/her blog. It depends of the blog's reputation on the internet in terms of its traffic, domain authority, alexa rank and other different factors.
