The only downside that I thing about them is the ad trype limits. If more formats are present then they will certainly attract for publishers for sure. The thing I like about them is their transparency they don't misguide or give you false dreams about earning big. They is what they are.

I can assure you as an advertiser as well they are really great. You can start of your campaign with $50 budget. And they really take good care of your ads and to whom they are shown to. They are great for quick exposure.
