Does Mobile speed has something to do with mobile marketing?? Even if its caused by the users mobile network.
Don't get worried at it. You can't control everything and their outcomes. Just make sure that your site loads up quickly even at the slowest speed.
Unless your site shows a time out I don't see any problem.
I don't see how come this would be a factor here.
