Not many content marketing agencies are providing this facility. Its a shame if you don't ask right questions then how come you can write a content according to its audiences need.
It totally agree with you. Low budget content writers don't ask questions they just take the data and rewrite the content. In my opinion if you can't re-purpose your content in a creative way than your not much of a good content writer.
