Everybody tells me about getting to know the client better. But I doesn't get it how can I get into my clients head? See what he or she is thinking.

First of all don't stress yourself because getting to know client is not an easy job to do. It very hard for the newbies.
Observe your clients see how is their reaction to your offer. Keep track of them. Know their minds by sending them surveys. Help them in ways where other can't gain their trust. They will more open upto you if they trust you.

Try to know them better. Interact with them at a personal scale. You can always contact with them and have a conversation through different social media channels.

Study the client's behavior then provide the needs and expectations of the target audience as well as they will be benefited in the long run.
