In many cases I have found that Fb groups are better in terms of getting conversions then Email marketing. Email Marketing campaigns needs lots of money and time whereas facebook groups are free. Don't you guys agree?

I honestly I don't know what possible scenario you are talking about. But I personally find that Email Marketing is worth the money and time. Its just that you cannot make them work doesn't mean that others can't do it. Fb groups are good for brand awareness but people gets barely converting traffic from them. If it works for you then its fine.

Email Marketing is far better than Fb groups when it comes to getting conversions. If it isn't working for you then maybe you are not doing it right.

E Mail Marketing is better than Facebook. I prefer E Mail Marketing.

Email Marketing is far better than any kind of social media groups. No matter how much that group is targeted to your audience but still its a social networking site.
