Forum Posting is important part of SEO link building process. But Some forum sites denied registration they block IP address. I need high DA forum lists which allow to register, posting and signature creation Please share.

Forum posting for link building are pretty much worthless. Most of the forums provide no-follow links and the least number that do provide do-follow links passes link juice almost equal to zero.
