Their competitors are far more ferocious when it comes to pricing. And also their plans are quite a bit rigid, some has domain limitation and some other have something else. Even if they do provide top notch service still some of their competitors will still beat them no matter what.

Coming to hosting they are great indeed for newbies.

Excellent hosting for the people who works in the affiliate marketing industry or want to build a blog network.

/Have tried them, they are pretty great. But their limited datacenters make them fall short in the competition.
