GigeNET they are one of them which I got recommended for a VPS.

But it seems there aren't many reviews. Hell ! I can't even find the site in Trustpilot.

And the net is filled with reviews of their own. Some reviews are present in WHT but they are also old and/or don't how much I can rely on them because I am not there in that forum.

So, I am asking for a honest review of this.

I tried to do some research and find some reviews myself. But auto correct many times redirect me to Giga and Gige. It's kind of annoying at this point.

Let's just say they are human among sharks. A few years back my CC got into trouble and I had problems with the bank. So, I told them to wait for a couple of days so I can resolve the issue of CC, so they waited even gave me a grace time of extra 10 days.

Service, performance and all other things are on one side. And having a host which understands your problem and act accordingly to your interest is another. You will be surprised I am not the only case, they have done this with others as well I have read it in WHT.

Anyway, everything about them is good, I am have no complaints. But their UI can be a bit better. It's not that I have problems it's just that I am not super comfortable. Another downside can be said that their entry level plans doesn't have much of any options, so there is that. Sure, they are expensive a little but they are good so we don't mind.

Have you considered reaching out directly to their customer support for any testimonials or case studies? That might give you a better sense of their reliability and customer satisfaction.

I believe OP has considered you guys back then. But you didn't meet the data centers demand.
