Tell me what is the difference between keyword & keyword phrase?

Keyword-A keyword is essentially any word or phrase you use when searching with a search engine.” In a simple language, any single word related to your business, product/services which can be useful for your business.
eg. If you are selling shoes online then “shoes”, brand name like “Reebok”, “Nike” are your main keywords.
Keyword Phrase- Combination of those keywords is called key phrase.
eg. As per the same example for online shoe store above phrases can be (“Sport shoes”, “Reebok shoes”, “school shoes” etc.)

Based on my current experience then keyword tend to be pretty general. While keyword phrase comprises of the main keyword and other components, which can create long and details keywords. The longer keywords are, the more details they will be and it will be easier to make plan with those keywords, rather than planning seo with a general keyword since it will be extremely hard to compete.

Keyword is a word which you can use when you are searching anything online. Keyword consist one word. Any single word related to your business.
Keyword phrases is a combination of keywords. Keyword phrases cannot be less than two words otherwise it is treated as Keyword.
