Hello - Which is the best for Online Marketing SEO or PPC?

Its totally depends on what you want. If you want long term free traffic that will stay for a long period of time then the answer is SEO but it will take some time. And if you want traffic instantly then it will be PPC.

Search Marketing encompasses:

SEO: Earning traffic through unpaid or free listings
SEM: Buying traffic through paid search listings

Although what you have said its right. But still OP hasn't asked for the summation.

I suggest both SEO and PPC are the best way for online marketing.

SEO or search engine optimization is more effective compared to PPC. SEO helps to build your online identity and ranking in search engines. It helps to build your online reputation and generate more traffic and sales from good marketing techniques. PPC only helps to build your keyword popularity through successful campaigns.
