I recently purchased a Managed VPS from them. But suddenly I couldn't login through them, contacted them at once. But their support was terrible. Our site also went down for it. They took almost 6 hours to fix the issue.

That was one incident that I faced. But apart from it so far good experience.

But I have nothing but good things to say to them. They are one of the best. Their products are also outstanding and comes with good support as well. I think you were caught up in a bit technical issue while they were repairing or sorting things out themselves. It can happen to anyone.
