For my channel website twitter is more beneficial to generating traffic.
I think Google and Facebook are good choices.
Social Networking sites will send traffic only if you have large number of followers or friends means strong network you have. Otherwise, they will not send traffic on your site.
Depends on what type of traffic you are looking for. If all you are looking for is to inflate your traffic numbers, you can easily buy cheap traffic from a variety of different companies.

In my experience I think Facebook is the most provider of traffic compared to Twitter and other social media. Facebook has the most interesting features that can give every different signals to the audience like content and videos.

and i m getting most of the traffic from the facebook page..
