Article approval is based on the website you submit. For example, if you are submitting on Hub Pages then it would be reviewed in 24 hours. And paid submission gives you immediate approval.

It depends on the website's admins you join. Sometime it's less than 24hrs but sometimes it will take you over 30 days to get approval. So there's no any magic formula here.

It mostly 2-4 days for approval an article yet some website takes 3 weeks to give approval its depend on their administrator.
