Which one is better according to you guys for publishers? Google Adsense or BuySellAds.

Both are good in their own ways. But sites large amount of traffic is needed for you to get approved in BuySellAds so GA works better for all kind of publishers.

I agree BSA works better for large publishers. For small publishers Adsense is better. So, there is no competition between them.
