Yahoo Gemini and Buzzcity are both good ones. And if you are looking for quality traffic then I will recommend Admob but its not cheap.
Buzzcity, Adfone, AdMarvel are all good ones. Visit them and find out which one is suitable for you.
Admob may be not cheap but I find it very reliable.
