Getting ranking NO.
But they are pretty good if you want referral traffic.
They are only good for referral traffic.
Yahoo answers offer no follow backlinks that are helpful to drive a handful of traffic to your website. They are helpful to build your website popularity and generate more leads for your business.
Always remember that links in Yahoo answers has nothing to do with rankings its only for helping people's query.
For linking building i don't think it's a goood idea..you can get better links using other tactics like guesting posting, commenting on high pr blogs, forums, etc.
