My guess is that after the last update. G messed up a bit more than usual.
It is obvious. Our traffic didn't fell below 40% compared to regular days on weekends.

And also indexing is very slow.

Today quite opposite of the weekend.
Huge influx of traffic. Today even crossed the pre Update mark.

Bot activity is also on the rise.
Today got spammed by Chinese traffic.
Traffic is good but these bot like traffic are bad for business.

I am also wondering the same thing.
If G knows that these are wrong traffic then why they are sending them ?
It's not like that they are all bots just not interested.

I think they are adjusting something.
G has no idea how much and how so traffic are flowing through them.
