In our case. New pages are the things of concern now.
In this update I am seeing page's are geetting rankeed for non-existent tags.
Traffic outcome is more or less the same though.

Almost 20% increase in tag kw's traffic.

Many large keywords or long tail ones are ranking beyond than usual.
