How to improve rank of global keywords?

I guess it will be better if you'll use a particular location. Can you furtherly explain to me what is global keyword?

I think he means about the kind of keyword through which we can rank in each an every country in the world. Specifically, the kind of keyword which is needed in most of the countries of the world.
