Does a page which is non-cached in Google pass link juice?
Cached page means Google has found the page. But doesn't mean that it can't pass link juice if its not cached.

They sure pass link juice.
*A page doesn't need to be cached in order for the page to rank or pass authority through links.
*A cache is proof Google has found the page but so is looking at the SERPs to see If the exact URL is indexed...
