What is noindex, nofollow?
No index and No Follow that means some page of your website you are not looking to Cached on google and another search Engine. Search Engine Did't Index No Index Tag pages.
Noindex Tag tells google not to index a specific page.
Nofollow tag tells google not to follow the url in a web page.
The noindex directive is an often used value in a meta tag that can be added to the HTML source code of a webpage to suggest to search engines (most notably Google) to not include that particular page in its list of search results.

NO Index -> It helps to protect the page from indexing from Search Engines, So that page wont get any traffic from Search engines organically.
Many SEO professionals use “noindex” tags to prevent a search engine robot from indexing a particular page on a site. We use “nofollow” tags to prevent the passing of page rank through a particular link to the linked-to page (aka “bot herding”, “page rank sculpting”, etc.).

No index No follow means Search Engine Did't Index your website on their Directory and Did't follow your website they did't visit your Website. This Tag is Mainly used on those pages of website that you did't want to appear in a search engine
No index, no follow implies that the search engine robots do not crawl the particular link or webpage. This ensures that the webpage or the link is never indexed in Google.
No index means it is not visible in google. But no follow means it is not accepted by google. it is not considering by google.
The term noindex refers that search engine will not index that link in its search index andn nofollow tell the search engine no to follow that link with the site on which the link is present.
