I see plenty of other bloggers who are just obsessed by the element of blog commenting. Does they really help in anything?

Previously, it was known that do-follow comments from blogs helps to get ranked. But now today this is non-existent. So, they are just now good for referral traffic and nothing else.

Blog Commenting by the purpose of compliments, suggestions, recommendations to improve the site page of the blog will be helpful for the owner and not for backlinking purposes.

The comment backlink really does not carry as much weight anymore. In the world of AI now, if your content does not have questions as headings with the very first sentence answering that question, you are doing it wrong. Comment backlink might show up in search, but even search is going the way of AI, with overviews at the top. What would be the point of it if it gets no clicks or views?
