If I get my site referred from any post on my niche forums then will it pass any link juice and help my SEO?
Links from forum whether from posts or signature, are mostly no-follow. So, they don't pass any link juice. But if you get a link from a forum which provides do-follow links and doesn't accepts links from their posts generally. Then it might provide some link juice but it has to be from a super relevant post.
Correct me if I'm wrong Brian but it depends on the forum site that you are into. Not all forums sites have nofollow links some are dofollow links, like for example the SEOMastering and LetForum are dofollow links.
Forum provides mostly nofollow links which are only derived to get traffic but does not help in getting page rank. But it is yet effective.
