Which is the best meta search engine for accumulating all data from various search engines?
Webcrawler, HotBot are good for accumulating data from various search engines.
Apollo7 and Monstercrawler are also good ones.
Webcrawler is the best in my opinion.

What do you mean by best meta search engine? that accumulating all data from different search engines? I think meta tags within the site uses by search engine for rich snippets in the search results.
