Can anybody suggest me some good CPA network that works fine for twitter and instagram followers?

I can't say that they will work for twitter or instagram but they work for pretty almost everything so you can give them a try.

Choose any good CPA network and reach out to them. See that they are comfortable for you to promoting their products (or their merchants) to promote in twitter and Instagram. If they let you then its fine.
