Is it really wise to create quick quiz contents for more and better social engagement? I mean, there is a chance that the visitors will get involved but there is also a chance that after playing it they will just leave.

Always remember that there is no downside that if you don't get CTR's in the first day from your social engagement. But it will help you in the long run. And as for your concern I can give you two suggestions. First one, you can put the quiz in your site's page so visitors interested in it have to visit your site. And the second one, is when anyone wins the quiz then you can redirect them to your site saying about a special prize or offer.
