While operating a PBN in what circumstances you will redirect an entire domain to your money site? Is that even safe?

It depends solely on the domain. Usually it is not recommended to redirect a domain directly to a money site. Because a lot of issue can arise from it. But then again it comes to the domain, its relevancy, need etc.
