Which is the easiest possible way to rank inner pages of any site? I have got a couple of tier 1 links linking but they are to the homepage. So, should do I get links for the inner pages too??

I am no expert but if you have some good tier 2 links then point to the inner pages. They might help to rank those pages. I have done it once or twice.

All kind of links including a couple of PBN's. Some of my inner pages are already ranking. So, I was thinking if I can rank the most of them then it will be better, right?

Internal linking within your site pages would do and then submit your inner pages to related submission sites.
