How much actual time does it take for a backlink to have effect in the SERP's? Backlink checker tools can take weeks to catch the link. Is there any way to check the link right away after creation?

There is no time limit of that. And no one can tell you either. Coming to the checking part. Why don't you just click on the link manually to see whether it is working or not.

There is no timetable for your backlinks to take effect and do focus on reaching your target audience because it would be more beneficial to your website.

Nobody can say when your links will get indexed. There are some site that gets indexed in Google faster and some take time. So you have to wait for that or you can use some other backlink checker tool or can check manually also.

it can be indexed with a day or can take a week or more depends on the website's crawl ratio.
