How many links to get from one PBN? How many is safe and natural looking?

What do you mean by one PBN? A link from a site which is connected with a bunch of sites forming a network. Or, a link from a site which is interconnected (to fro) with a bunch of sites??

You made it even more complicated then it has to be.
To OP I say follow the 1-1-1 theory. Say, you are getting a link for your main money site then get a single link from a single site from a single PBN. Its the most normal ratio (to be safe) as you asked and it couldn't get anymore natural looking than this.

There is no number of generating the backlinks from PBN sites but yes, you should take care of the DA and spam score of the website.

There is no limit so that doesn't mean OP should build links any number he or she likes. A number greater than one is highly unsafe.
And coming to your statement checking spam score is a wise thing. But checking DA is not wise its just stupid. Its a third party metrics and also not to mention its highly inaccurate in a number of ways. So, stay away from these toy metrics.

I asked for the total number of links from one network. These are individual sites often linking to other major sites relevantly.
