Links in the content with relevant anchor texts passes far more link juice than the links in the author's bio section. So, yeah link the content I prefer.

From what I have seen. Its not that the author's bio cannot pass good link juice. It can but for that the host site has to be very good. It has to have ridiculously high authority.

Whatever we can get. As you don't own the host sites.
And if given choice to us. Then I will prefer content link.
