Can anybody explain it to me what is actual difference between SAPE links and links from PBN's??!!

In general words, SAPE links are from public networks which are prone to more danger and PBN obviously as the name says its from private networks which are a bit less dangerous.

In short, if you are trying to get links then Sape links are a no no. But some might suggest that they are good for diversifying the link profile so its solely upto you.
