Google talking about No-follow attribute
#1
John Mueller tweeted this:

"In talking with various folks internally, my feeling is that overall this has been, and still is, working fairly well. I haven't seen many cases of sites causing themselves significant issues, or of pages not getting "credit" in quite some time."

Its  a bit confusing don't you guys agree.

Don't get confused over this. Its his feeling. And many people after this are talking about that Google should clearly state about the no-follow links. But the fact is that they are never going to do that. Why?? Because I would have done the same.

Clearly this is sending a mixed message. Everytime John or somebody else says even a distant word about rankings. These guys like Barry Schwartz makes an issue out of it in their blogs. Have you checked recently the Search engine roundtable blog. It provides no information of their own whatsoever. They just copy from some forum or twitter where people talk about their problems and issues. And they just publicly reproduce it making a whole lot debatable like situations.
