How to open an account in Clickbank for non-supported countries? If I am say be able to do it then will I get paid?

Its possible indeed that you open an account and also get paid. But you will need a VPN with some specific configuration. Yes some will say that its also possible with a proxy. And yes it is. But will not enough for you to get paid.
