What minimum Majestic TF to consider?

I know many people in this forum. Uses and purchases the auctioned domains and also the expired ones. What minimum TF do you guys prefer? Is it going to be determined through the niche or something else?

Ofcourse it depends on the niche and also various other factors.

Some might say that a minimum of 15 to be considered safe. But I like to keep an open mind and I consider 10.
