Text is too small

After we optimized our site according to mobile devices. We are facing this problem. We analyzed our page through Google and also through Bing. They both are saying that texts are too small. How could this be happening? I don't understand at all.

Clearly, it means that some element in your page is blocking the texts to be flexible.

You said that you have optimized your site. How you have done it actually? Did you have bought a theme or your have ti mad responsive by developing it?

At this point there isn't much doable.Because you haven't provided much information about it. Please share the url.
