What is the good number of traffic that one campaign manager should get to have conversions instantly, say getting sales within a couple of hours after launching the campaign?

One thing I can say that no can say that. It depends on myriad number of factors such as the campaign size, campaign market, targeted audience, targeted audience being live in which part of the day, running & tracking the campaign etc.

The term search volume is a relative term. A tool can only show one perspective not all of them.
