What are the factors that depends when you are doing content copywriting in dating niche?

From what I have seen in that niche is that what you produce is important, are you adding some actionable things or not. If men come looking for women within 30 years old then they will be very disappointed if they find out that you have only much older women.
And secondly when you have added value, now all you have to do is to interact with that value. Like men over 30 years old are they successful or not, what are their previous relationships, things of interest etc.
