Why Bing delay for website index? I did submit url in Bing webmaster tool before 10 days but still bing did not still get index. please suggest some best solution to get index in Bing.

Bing has some strict content policy. And also they need time to evaluate and the index your content. Only 10 days isn't enough.

Although it varies, it seems to take as little as 4 days and up to 6 months for a site to be crawled by Google and attribute authority to the domain. When you publish a new blog post, site page, or website in general, there are many factors that determine how quickly it will be indexed by Google.

The OP has asked for Bing not Google. Haven't you read the actual query for yourself?

If your site is new and is not discovered and being crawled
There are hardly any links that are pointing to your website
It may happen that your robots.txt file is blocking the crawling
You have a <meta name="robots" content="NOINDEX"> on your pages
Lastly, there may be chance that you would have blocked URLs inside your Bing Webmaster Tools

Try submitting a XML sitemap in webmaster tool and start sharing your webpages in various social media websites. These will help Bing crawl and index your webpages faster.
