I don't know. There are many tools that does that we prefer to do them manually.

Facebook has its own post scheduling no need to try the other tools.

Facebook itself having the Schedule and back post tool. i.e., When you add your post on the right side of the post you will find one option called publish after clicking on that you can see Schedule and back post etc.,

HootSuite is the best tool to manage the social media site. Like that Facebook, we can schedule the post on time.
