How to find country specific keywords like UK? I had tried google keyword planner but I am not getting much help from it.

You can just go to google.co.uk and type your target keyword in it. By auto-complete it will show you results. Identify those keywords and do the keyword research according to them. I am sure you will find couple of good options.

You can filter your search which is easily done at drop down menu on the left side of Google keyword planner.

Before Researching you need to check that those keyword have you selected that are having searches in google or in Your Country like SEO Services in Delhi having 1600 searches but SMO Services in Delhi having only 40-50 Searches in a Month and Few Keywords like county or state wise did't have searches.
Better thing is to target Broad Keywords with Specify the Location of your website where you want to get ranking with your keywords
