Big and large companies are tending towards them that's for sure. And as the time passes they will be more and more become dependent.
But the small companies aren't. They are stilling depending one personal connection and manual engagement.

Automated emails are already present now. AI is taking over everywhere. So, its safe to say that in the near future its going to happen.
